Our Fresh Local Tomato Pomodoro Sauce is a more refined and elegant tomato sauce when compared to our Sciue Sciue. The local organic fresh tomatoes (usually Early Girl or San Marzanos) tomatoes from local farms such as Marin Roots, Balakian Farms, The Peach Farm, or Sun Blaze Ranch are simmered for up to 36 hours to coax all the beautiful flavor from their tiny little juicy selves. We’ll then pull out the boat motor blixer, and puree those suckers smooth, emulsifying the oil into the sauce, and yielding a rich bath of luxurious tomato deliciousness that only comes from that age-old ingredient combination: perfect ingredients and time.
