





Sugo alla Norma (Pre-Order)
Sugo alla Norma is about as classic of a sauce as it gets, and we know, we know…. you don’t love eggplant (or maybe you do?). We don’t love eggplant either, unless it’s cooked soft and unctuous and velvety from frying in olive oil. Lucky for us both that this sauce is made with eggplant that has been cooked so it’s just that… smooth, velvety, delicious, and worthy of our time and tastebuds. We add in some olive-oil fried shallots and finish with Sicilian blooming oregano too, so, yah… this aint no sleeper of a sauce. We don’t know who Norma was particularly, but she must have been pretty awesome to have this sauce named for her. You don’t think she’s the Puttanesca lady, do you?
This sauce is vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
As we transition our sauce program to (hopefully soon) include jarred sauces, this product is available for pre-order and will be shipped when released to do so from the state!
