Meaning “quick-quick” or “hurry-hurry” in Italian, our Tomato Sciue-Sciue has only four simple ingredients - Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Shaved Garlic, and Kosher Salt (Premium California also has 1-3 basil leaves pushed into the batch as it’s cooling as well and may or may not be in your jar). During tomato season, Fresh Tomato Sciue-Sciue is made with hand selected tomatoes from only the Bay Area’s finest organic tomato farmers. It’s incredible on pasta, polenta, eggs, eggplant parmesan, pizza, or your favorite spot for a great tomato sauce.
