Gluten-Free Casarecce, Dried - 8 oz (Contains Egg)
Yes, we did it. We did a gluten-free pasta that’s dried. So dry. Very damn dry. If you don’t know by now, we are very pro gluten… but we understand that many of our guests are not either by choice or by happenstance. We have had our gluten-free guests call us crying because A) this pasta is so good and it’s been years since they have had pasta due to their sensitivity, and B) because Tony’s latest Instagram post was so epic. Great hair that guy… ANYWAY, this stuff is made in the same kitchen and on the same equipment as our wheat-based pastas, and while we clean everything down before making our GF stuff, if you’re the kind of person who keeps everyone on the plane from getting peanuts because your allergy is so severe, this isn’t the product for you. Sorry.
This pasta is made with gluten-free ingredients but is made on cleaned but shared equipment and is not intended for consumption by those with allergies or significant sensitivities to gluten. Dried Pastas can be stored for up to 12 months from manufacture.
