Lacto-Fermented Hot Sauce

Slowly fermented over the course of three weeks, this simple lacto-fermented (naturally fermented using only salt and water) hot sauce is pure spicy flavor! Made with fresh fresno chilies and will go great when you want to add a bit of heat, a touch of color, and a punch of flavor!

This sauce is vegan and contains no preservatives (contains a touch of xanthan gum to prevent separation).
