MVPCo. Dried Chile Flakes

These chile flakes were hand-crushed by our owner, Tony, himself. They begged for mercy, and he gave them none. Our Dried Chile Flakes are fragrant and delicious and spicy, with an almost berry-like aroma and flavor that is paired with a punch of heat. These are made from the same peppers and the same way as our Peperoncini Secco, they’re just from the peppers that were too big or too curly to fit in the jars! The tin is small enough to carry in your glove box, purse, or back pocket, bringing the flavor and heat wherever you go; just know that if you carry the tin in your back pocket, people are going to think it’s chewing tobacco. Gross. Almost as addictive though we think.

Don’t rub your eyes (or sexy bits!) after touching these flakes unless you’re into that kind of thing!

These organic cayenne peppers were grown by Javier at Toscano Family Farms in Lodi, California.
