Sometimes your food comes out great… delicious and well cooked and seasoned… but somehow, it still lacks… something. Often that something is crunch, texture, and a guttural oomph of flavor. Well let me introduce you to my little friend Pangrattato.

Our Pangrattao start with deeply toasted coarse breadcrumbs made from locally baked bread. Use this magical crispy crumb dust on your pastas, polenta, risotto, burrata, mozzarealla, salads, your finger, my finger… oh god. Now I’m hungry.
