Pasta Cicciones - The Infamous Pasta Chips
You’ve been begging us to put these for sale on line, and well… here they are.
These are our Pasta Cicciones, a crispy flash fried ready-to-eat pasta chips snack. We start with our fresh pasta, fry them in brown-rice-bran oil (never canola! eww…) and then toss it with our own very delicious housemade seasonings. It’s pasta, but with the crunch of a chicharron. We promise they’re vegetarian friendly, and some flavors are even vegan friendly too!
We’ve limited the selection here because these are a lot of work to make (the kitchen team still fries these by hand in a pot of oil one incredibly small batch at a time), so please don’t bust our chops if they’re sold out. Or if they’re sold out the next time you come visit too. We’re working on making more, we promise!
