Look, so we know that re-creating white-trashy mid-80’s convenience crap pasta dishes with full on artisan bronze-die-cut air-dried organic semolina pastas may be OUR thing, but it can also be your thing. Yes, these are basically bougie Spaghetti-OH’s (I know that’s not how you spell it, we’re not trying to get sued over here). Yes they’re good in a tomato cheese sauce with or without small tiny meatballs (now no need to age for 44 months in a can before enjoying!), but they’re also good in soup, or as a pasta salad, or just with some butter and parm for your kiddo who is a little picky (just like their Dad, let’s be honest).

Dried Pastas can be stored for up to 12 months from manufacture.
