So when we got our latest pasta machine, and we finally had a machine large enough to make consistent Orzo, it was the first shape we committed to making. While many people think Orzo is meant to mimic rice, it is actually the Italian word for Barley, which is a bit more accurate to the size of Orzo we have. So, finally, yes, we have Orzo.
