The MVPCo. Pasta e Fagioli Kit
Pasta e Fagioli is one of our favorites and we want you to make it the same way we do… so we’ll just send you almost all the things you need to make it our way. You’ll need to add a quart or two of broth / stock / water, whatever veggies you wanna crush in there, and if you’re going for the full Monty, a bit of bacon, sausage, or roasted chicken. And parm. Lots and lots of Parm.
Each MVPCo. Pasta e Fagioli Kit contains:
Ditalini - 14 oz. bag
Iacopi Butterbeans - 8 oz. bag - These are the best beans we have ever tasted. Soaked overnight and then cooked low and slow (or throw those suckers in a pressure cooker / Instapot), they yield a creamy incredibly rich bean full of flavor that will change your outlook on legumes as a whole. They did that to ours.
Tomato Sciue Sciue - 16 oz jar - To be tipped into the soup at the very end to pull it all together. The olive oil rises to the surface just enough to coat each bite with last little bit of deliciousness.
