Capers in Salt - 3.2 oz
Capers, you love them or you hate them... and we're guessing since you're here, you're the former. The pickled or cured bud of a small evergreen bush, these capers are different than your normal grocery store capers, as they've been packed in salt, rather than transported in a vinegar brine. What does that mean? I'm getting there Kitty, slow down. These capers are going to be more.... capery. Less vinegary. Tender but firm. And they're get you to the caper-heaven you're craving. They're classified as "non pareils" which means they're the smallest tenderest most petite size. Rinse them in water, or soak up to 10 minutes in lukewarm water to use, or buck up and take them salty as they are.
