When we met Greg Miller from Kinda Funny, the online gaming entertainment company, we loved him for his great laugh, his fandom of our pastas, and not least, his verified blue check mark on Instagram, indicating his mass following online. As we’ve gotten to know the Kinda Funny team through holiday dinner parties, studio launches, and random phone calls while on-air to thousands of folks streaming the KF content on Twitch and YouTube, our love for Greg and the folks at Kinda Funny has only grown.
One of the Kinda Funny mascots is Greg’s loved and celebrated late dachshund Portillo, named after his favorite sandwich shop in his hometown Chicago. So when Greg asked us if we could make a Portillo-shaped pasta to celebrate their 10-Year Anniversary, we could only hope that it would come out as good as it has.
