And you know that Jose Gourmet is committed to Fair Trade practices and living wages for their employees and staff, operating the smallest cannery in Portugal, so you don’t have to worry that enjoying this is somehow contributing to overfishing or unsustainable practices. Delicious and conscious… imagine that! Sure, it’s a bit pricey, but given the alternatives, we think it’s well worth it! (This also might just be our favorite tinned fish artwork too!)
